WebThey made me go into the Device Manager and uninstall BUT NOT DELETE the drivers for the DISPLAY ADAPTER and MONITOR. After that I went to ACTIONS>SCAN FOR HARDWARE CHANGES. Then I restarted. The screen may flicker a bit while you do both, but apparently that's the fix. Basically, it deleted the drivers and reinstalled them.
