This follows their ... WebMungo's isn't for profit, but they do require funding from councils (through housing benefits etc) to cover cost of accommodation. Universal credit, housing benefit etc more than adequately cover all costs (and they only pay when they receive this money). There are aspects not funded by councils and that is where the fundraising is required.
